location: the hotel was really close to haridwar, especiallywhere one struggles to find a good place to stay and dine, rishikesh and the airport. also, it was 3 km from clarehall shopping centre.
Loved everything.

The triple room here has air conditioning, a mini-bar, and coffee/tea making facilities that make for a comfortable stay, and the vegetarian breakfast offers an excellent variety of food.

The room was simply but tastefully decorated, a nice size and very comfortable. the database had a great selection of resources that were easy to navigate and search through.
One slight downside was that the wifi connection in the database was a bit slow at times, making it a bit frustrating to browse through certain materials.

The staff was amazing, GM personally looked after everything. Chef Pathak curated special meals. Yamlal at the door was great. an amazing experience. Thank you, Taj!

The staff was exceptional and made us feel at home. the manager personally looked after our needs and the chef curated special meals for us. the location was perfect for our business trip and the view of the river was breathtaking. It was a great experience staying here.
The in-room dining could have been better and having only one restaurant option was a bit disappointing. the food in the restaurant was great, but after a few days, it felt repetitive.

The hotel's location was convenient, being situated in the heart of the city. the staff was polite and helpful, making us feel at home. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the buffet breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and Pooja ceremonies.
The lack of attention to detail was disappointing. We had to constantly remind housekeeping to provide us with basic items such as towels and toiletries.

During our stay at Pilibhit House, we were greeted with an incredible welcome ceremony and thoughtful gifts. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the Ganga, providing a truly special experience. The tastefully decorated room and well-appointed bathroom added to our comfort. The staff, especially Sagar, Vinod, and Anshika, were extremely kind and helpful, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was great as it offered a beautiful view of the river and it was close to all major transportation. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were impeccable. The breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of dishes. the staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel's location in the old city added to the charm of the stay and made for a unique experience. The friendly and attentive staff were a standout aspect, offering a warm welcome and making sure our stay was pleasant. the in-house cultural programs provided an opportunity to engage with and learn more about the local culture.
While the food in the restaurant was great, there was potential for improvement in the in-room dining options. having only one restaurant option meant limited variety in meals during the stay.

The hotel is amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was tastefully decorated, with exclusive amenities and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. the bathroom had nice products to use and fluffy towels. the food was delicious and the chef curated some special meals for me. the GM personally looked after everything and made sure my needs were fulfilled. the spa centre was also great, with a range of massages and a steam room available.
The service was a little too attentive at times, which can be intrusive. I was approached by multiple staff members asking if they could help me.
